Privacy Policy

This policy explains how White Glove Acquisitions LLC ("White Glove Acquisitions," "we," "us") handles information on whitegloveacquisitions.com (the "Site").
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use our inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, your role (for example owner, broker, or lender), your industry, your company's location, a revenue range, earnings figures you choose to share (such as EBITDA or seller's discretionary earnings), and anything you write in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
We use inquiry information only to read and respond to your inquiry, to evaluate a potential business acquisition or related conversation, to keep a record of our correspondence, and to protect the Site from spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to build marketing profiles.
Who receives it
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the Site and delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. To do this, it processes signals such as your IP address and browser and device characteristics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Our email provider stores the inquiry emails we receive.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or others' safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. If you and we move forward on a transaction, we will share information with advisors (such as attorneys, accountants, or lenders) only as needed for that transaction.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a potential transaction, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need it longer for legal or record-keeping reasons. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us by emailing hello@whitegloveacquisitions.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, and we will not treat you differently for making a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor those that apply to us.
Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across websites or over time, we do not change our practices in response to browser Do Not Track signals or Global Privacy Control, and none is needed.
Sensitive business information
We keep inquiries private as described above. Please hold detailed financials, trade secrets, and personal information about employees or customers until we've signed a confidentiality agreement.
Children
The Site is meant for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear on the Site.
